Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your login (email and password),
• your username, BTC balance, rank and mining days,
• mining sessions, boosts, game history, tasks, streak, invites and any pending withdrawal.

Withdraw first. Any BTC left in your balance is lost when the account is deleted. Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. Records of completed withdrawals may be kept where the law requires it.

Can’t sign in? Email from your account email address and ask us to delete your account. We’ll do it within 7 days.

You can also delete your account inside the app: Profile → Delete account.
